Super Duper Plumbing & Heating ("Company") is hosting the Cool Mom Summer Mother's Day Giveaway ("Giveaway"). One winner will receive a new air conditioning unit with professional installation at no cost, as described below.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or its partners or application developers. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Super Duper Plumbing & Heating and not to Facebook or any of its partners or application developers.
• Nomination Period: Monday, April 13, 2026, through Monday, April 27, 2026
• Finalist Voting Period: Thursday, May 1, 2026, through Friday, May 9, 2026
• Winner Announcement: Saturday, May 10, 2026
How to Enter:
Submit a nomination using the official nomination form found at [Website URL]. Nominations must include a photo of the nominee and a written description of why she is deserving.
For internal use only, we request a picture of the following:
1) The residence's electrical panel/box.
2) The residence's utility space with focus on the location of the furnace and ductwork.
3) If the residence has a non-functioning air conditioning unit, please provide a photo of that.
If you have difficulties uploading photos on this form, please email the photos directly to our email at info@superdupermn.com with the subject line: Mother's Day Promo and include the nominee's name.
Incomplete nominations may not be considered.
Finalist Selection:
From all eligible nominations received, Super Duper Plumbing & Heating will select up to 10 finalists based on the nominee's story and home eligibility. Finalist selection is at the sole discretion of Super Duper Plumbing & Heating.
Priority will be given to nominees whose primary residence does not currently have a functioning air conditioning system.
Finalists will be featured on the Super Duper Plumbing & Heating Facebook page from May 1st through May 9th. The finalist nomination picture with the highest total number of photo 'likes' on May 9th, 2026, 11:59 p.m. CST.
Prize:
The winner will receive one of the following, to be determined based on home suitability and mutual agreement:
• One standard forced air central air conditioning unit with professional installation, or
• One single head ductless mini split system with professional installation
Electrical services for the installation will be provided by Luke's Electric of Duluth.
Official Contest Rules:
All nominations must be submitted no earlier than Monday, April 13th and no later than April 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST.
All submitted nominations are photos are subject to being shared on the Super Duper Plumbing and Heating Facebook page.
Up to ten (10) will be selected from nominations received and their photos and nominations will be posted on the Super Duper Plumbing and Heating Facebook page on May 1st, 2026. Voting period on the posted nominations will be from May 1st - May 9th, 2026. Each "like" on the photo/nomination counts as a vote.
Winner of the Cool Mom Summer contest will be determined by the photo/nominations with the highest total number of photo "likes" on Friday, May 9th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST.
The winner will be announced and contacted on May 10th, 2026.
Nominee must live within the Super Duper Plumbing and Heating service area. Nominees outside this area will not be eligible to win.
The Cool Mom Summer winner must own the home in which the air conditioning will be installed.
Eligibility and Use:
• Installation is available for residential primary residences only within the Super Duper Plumbing & Heating service area (Duluth, Cloquet, Esko, Carlton, Wrenshall, Mahtowa, Barnum, Moose Lake, Cromwell, Floodwood, Hermantown, Proctor, Saginaw).
• Cabins, she sheds, vacation homes, and secondary residences are not eligible.
• The prize does not apply to commercial equipment or rooftop HVAC systems.
• Any additional work or upgrades beyond a standard air conditioning installation (including but not limited to ductwork modifications, gas line installation, venting alterations, or electrical updates) are not included. Super Duper Plumbing & Heating will provide a written estimate for any requested additional services.
• Existing ductwork, electrical, gas lines, and venting must be in safe, serviceable condition and compatible with the new equipment. Any required repairs or code updates necessary for proper installation will be quoted separately.
Installation Scheduling:
• Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date and time, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST.
• The homeowner must be present during installation and available to provide access to the work area.
• Installation must be scheduled and completed by November 10, 2026.
Permits and Warranty:
• Any required local permits or inspections will be obtained by Super Duper Plumbing & Heating in accordance with local regulations. All associated permit fees will be covered by Super Duper Plumbing & Heating.
• The air conditioning equipment manufacturer's warranty will be registered by Super Duper Plumbing & Heating on behalf of the homeowner following installation.
• Super Duper Plumbing & Heating provides a one (1) year labor warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers labor associated with the installation only and excludes routine maintenance, filter replacement, or any modifications made after installation.
General Terms
• The prize has no cash value and may not be substituted.
• The homeowner is responsible for ensuring the property is in suitable condition for installation, including compliance with applicable building codes.
• Super Duper Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to decline installation if site conditions are deemed unsafe or outside the scope of this offer.
• All installation work will be performed by licensed, insured technicians in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Super Duper Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time for any reason.
